Expect honest discussion\, shared wisdom from women representing multiple generations and career stages. \n  \nMeet the Facilitator: Becky Graham \n  \n \nIn her role at Korn Ferry\, Ms. Graham places CEOs and executives for some of the most prominent regional\, national\, and international nonprofits.  She specializes in the recruitment of senior-level executives for trade associations\, professional membership societies\, and other philanthropic enterprises. \n  \nMs. Graham joined Korn Ferry from the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce\, where she led the business development department.  She spearheaded the recruitment of new members\, cultivated strategic partnerships with the business community\, and drove engagement with key stakeholders in the greater Washington DC region. \n  \nEarly in her career\, Ms. Graham worked for Accenture Federal Services supporting a project for one of their largest clients.  She then developed a passion for fundraising for nonprofit organizations\, which led to her role at the National Museum of Women in the Arts.  At the museum\, she worked with the board of directors on the development of new corporate partnerships to support the museum’s 25th anniversary. \n  \nIn addition to her career in the nonprofit sector\, she has also gained volunteer experience having served on the Advisory Board for Career Services at George Mason University\, as well as the leadership team for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Man & Woman of the Year Annual Campaign. \n  \nMs. Graham earned a B.A. in Government & International Politics at George Mason University. \n  \nRegister Now\n  \nAbout Executive Women in Non-Profits: \nThe Executive Women in Nonprofits programming provides an opportunity for women in leadership roles (CEOs\, COOs\, Executive Directors\, Vice Presidents\, Board Members) to engage in interactive high-level discussions with like-minded peers.
