About this Event:

Associations and nonprofits are facing the most significant legislative threat in over 50 years.

Key tax provisions from the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act are set to expire in 2025, and some lawmakers and policy groups are pushing to apply the 21% corporate tax rate to all tax-exempt organizations. This could mean new taxes on membership dues, sponsorships, investment income, and educational program revenue, among other sources.

Join ASAE’s public policy team and nonprofit tax experts for a webinar exploring the policy landscape, the potential impact on associations, and what we can do now to protect our community.
