Recognizes a young professional (35 years of age or under) who has contributed significantly to serving the profession of association and not-for-profit management.
The criteria for this award are:
He or she must currently work for a nonprofit (association, philanthropic organization, professional society, educational institution, etc.), or volunteer for a nonprofit in a leadership role or work for an organization which provides services or products to the association/not-for-profit community (tourism/hospitality, nonprofit management/consulting, technology, etc.).
