Kellen Launches Strategic Association Solutions to Support Nonprofit Back Office Operations

Earlier this year, global association management company Kellen — the professional management firm overseeing the day-to-day operations of Metro NYSAE — launched a new venture to meet the evolving needs of membership-based nonprofits. 

Strategic Association Solutions (SAS) was created to provide outsourced back-office services for trade associations, professional societies and other nonprofit membership organizations. The firm specializes in areas traditionally outsourced by standalone associations, such as accounting, IT/technology support, Human Resources and creative services. Many Kellen employees, particularly from accounting and creative departments, transitioned to the new firm to ensure deep institutional knowledge and continuity. 

With a clear understanding of the unique operational and financial challenges nonprofits face, SAS offers tailored solutions that allow associations to focus on their mission, while SAS handles the rest. The goal: streamlined operations, improved financial management and a stronger foundation for long-term sustainability.
