Metro NYSAE is excited to announce a new award category for the 2025 Synergy Awards: Excellence in Membership. This award honors an individual or organization that has demonstrated outstanding achievement in membership growth, retention, and engagement.
Designed to spotlight leaders who put members at the center of their strategy, this award recognizes innovative approaches that attract new members while delivering consistent, meaningful value to existing ones.
Excellence will be evident through strong performance in key metrics, including OKRs, and a sustained commitment to evolving member needs.
This year’s Synergy Awards will be held on Thursday, October 30, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM ET at ICSC Headquarters. All awards descriptions are listed here.
