Meet NY 2027 Host Table Information
Location: New York Hilton Midtown
Date: Wednesday, February 17, 2027
Trade Show Hours: 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Broadway Show Time: 7:30 p.m.
Host Fees:
Standard Tabletop
- Early Bird price (ends Aug 17th) Member ~ $4,700/ Non-Member ~ $5,200
- Standard price (begins Aug 18th) Member ~ $4,800/ Non-Member ~ $5,300
Host Benefits:
One host table includes:
- One 30″ high standing cocktail round table (Hi-Boy) for literature and business cards
- Two (2) hours of show floor networking
- Six (6) Registrations* which include:
- Admittance to the show
- Educational Program
- Networking Reception
- Food & Beverage
- Pre and Post event attendee list
- Up to six (6) Broadway tickets for attendees
Hosts may use a maximum of 3 registrations for individuals from the host company, per tabletop purchased. The balance of the six (6) registrations must be used to invite at least three (3) qualified executives and/or meeting/event planners. By hosting a table, you agree to oversee inviting and confirming all your available guest tickets.
For Example:
- 4 Meeting Planner/Association Executives and 2 Hosts/Exhibitors (permitted)
- 4 Hosts/Exhibitors and 2 Meeting Planner/Association Executives (not permitted)
Metro NYSAE is not responsible for recruiting guests for hosts/exhibitors.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Meet New York hosts must give notice of sponsorship or table cancellation to Metro NYSAE in writing. If Metro NYSAE receives notice of cancellation more than 60 days prior to Meet New York, Metro NYSAE will refund fees minus a 25% processing fee; if cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to the Meet New York event, the processing fee will be 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the Meet New York event date. If hosts reduce the number of tables reserved, this cancellation policy will apply to the cancelled portion of space and Metro NYSAE reserves the right to relocate hosts to new space to serve the best interests of the event. In fairness to all hosts involved and to Metro NYSAE, the above policies regarding space assignment, payments, and refunds, will be strictly adhered to by Metro NYSAE.

Metro NYSAE Board Meeting Sponsor (Exclusive) $4,000 SOLD
As the Board Meeting Sponsor, you’ll have the exclusive opportunity to address the Metro NYSAE Board for up to 5 minutes before the meeting begins. This sponsorship also includes one Meet NY registration and one ticket to the Broadway show.
General Session Sponsor (Exclusive) $4,000
Get the chance to introduce your company to the attendees with a brief (1-2 minute) address before the keynote or moderator kicks off the session. You may also distribute promotional materials during the session. This sponsorship also includes one Meet NY registration and one ticket to the Broadway show.
Lanyards (Exclusive) $4,000
Your company’s logo will be featured on the lanyards distributed to all attendees at the registration desk, ensuring constant visibility throughout the event. This sponsorship also includes one Meet NY registration and one ticket to the Broadway show.
Tote Bag Sponsor (Exclusive) $3,750
Showcase your brand by having your logo prominently displayed on the tote bags given to all Meet NY attendees at registration, offering exposure throughout the event and beyond. This sponsorship also includes one Meet NY registration and one ticket to the Broadway show.
Registration Desk Sponsor (Exclusive) $2,000
Your logo will be displayed at the central registration desk, where all attendees check in. This high-traffic area ensures maximum visibility for your brand. The sponsorship also includes one ticket to the Broadway show.
Food/Area Sponsorships – Price Varies
- Food Sponsor (Multiple available) $3,500
Support attendees with delicious food offerings, while showcasing your company’s logo in a key space. Multiple sponsorships are available for different meals or snacks throughout the event.
- Bar Sponsor (Multiple available) $3,500
Your brand will be prominently displayed at one of the event’s most popular areas: the bar. Multiple bar sponsorships are available, offering great visibility during networking hours.
- Dessert Sponsor (Exclusive) $2,500
Have our attendees end the night with a sweet tooth! Be the exclusive sponsor and supplier of a branded dessert that’s available for all attendees to snack on while they make their way over to our Broadway show. You bring the pre-approved, sealed dessert, we will make it available!

Your company’s logo or ad will be prominently featured in the “Know Before You Go” email sent to all attendees, with a link to your website. You’ll also receive recognition on the Meet NY website.
- Meet NY Website Sponsor (high and low placement options)
High Placement (Exclusive) $1,000
Low Placement (Exclusive) $750
Place your banner ad on the Metro NYSAE website, with the option for high or low placement. Your ad will be linked to the website of your choice, giving your brand significant online exposure. Banner ads will run from October 2026 until July 2027.
